This quickly brought up the temperature of my fish's new aquarium, but a couple degrees lower than the setting. No matter though, the fish is happy. And if you're not checking the temperature with an accurate thermometer then you probably shouldn't be keeping sensitive fish. (My gourami, thankfully is pretty hardy or I'd probably have killed her long ago.) Good heater, good deal.

Service was good, delivery faster than I expected.Numbers are easy to read from the back of the tank,the temperature is right where I need it to be.

I consider myself a good aquarist and these heaters for the price, delivery and quality for the price is better than others. The suction cups are very, very good (not cheap like others) and a simple turn of the knob to adjuct the heater and also you can see the setting is by far better than paying 30 dollers. For 15 dollars (they also had 2 for 20 dollars) quality and price you can't match it. I have 5 gallon betta tanks and I use these heaters in which are better and ower price than those stupid heaters they sell at petsmart and petco for betta tanks. I never bought those heaters (why you ask) because I bought these heaters. Trust me, these heaters are a better price and if you upgrade to a larger tank you can still use these heaters. Great heater and value from a satisfied experienced auquarist.

This heater works great in my 10 gallon reef tank, its small in size and keeps the temperature within 1 degree of what I set it at. Great product.
