Aquarium Heater - 300W

All I can say is that I love this product and tru aqua. This is my second purchase for the same item. I have 5 tanks and wish they all had this heater. If u need a high quality adjustable and submersible heater this is the one!!

So far I've had it a couple days and its working great. Can't beat the price on it either. I live in California and I got it less than 24 hours later.

Like the heater. I wish the power cord was longer because a big tank is taller and then you have a stand. A foot longer would be perfect.

Relatively small for 300 watts - put it where you get good water flow.

Very easy to install like all heaters I have used in the past. Blends easier with the tank. The one I had before was a big black thing that stood out.

My old heater filled with water and started steaming. I had had it for over 30 years! I was a bit hesitant to purchase online but after shopping with several other online vendors I came back to TruAqua because of the pricing. The new heater arrived right on schedule and was very easy to set up. I turned the dial to 68-70 and monitored it closely since I didn't trust the new heater and didn't want to cook my fish. It slowly brought the temp up to 68 - I had been keeping it at 64 by adding very hot water twice a day. It has kept the water consistently at 68-70 and it has been in place for a few weeks now. What a relief! I purchased the 300w model because I'll be moving into a 55 gallon soon and didn't want to have to buy 2 heaters. Although now I'm thinking of buying another one to have as a back up. Still, the old one lasted so many years; maybe one with new technology will last just as long?

Awesome product, worth every penny, easy to set up and most importantly the temp in the aquarium is exactly the same as the setting on the dial, presently holding within a degree even when room temps down into the low 40's. I've had them now for about a month and no issues at all thus far.

Went with the 300W heater for larger aquariums because it was less expensive than the 200W. My tank is 55 gallons and it is working perfectly.

this was my 2nd order for the 300W submersible heaters (I LOVE THEM!!!!) Having about $1000.00 worth of discus and your reliable heaters I feel more at ease!!!! Many brands of heaters out there where the temp settings stop at 80 or the degree settings are so small , one needs a magnifying glass to see!!!, Oh yeah lets not forget the reasonable price!!!!! Repeat business ,in my mind, says it all!!!!! this is my product review!!!!

Good product but it needs help with a 120 gallon saltwater tank in a finished basement

Pros:Nice Sleek design can't beat the price, i will prob buy 2 more pretty soon. I like how it has a dial at the top to set the temp. Cons: im gonna spend alot of money on this website cause i like the products i bought so far.
