International Customers

We are currently accepting orders from a selected number of countries worldwide and are capable of processing these international orders online. If your country is not listed at check out page, please contact us at sales@truaqua.com for further assistance. Please provide your complete shipping address and items interested so we can better assist you with the ordering process.

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
To place an international order, please include your credit card company’s complete contact information in the COMMENTS field of the shopping cart for verification purpose. The billing and shipping information must match in order for us to process your order. This security measure will protect the cardholder in an event of unauthorized charges.

International Shipping Methods:
We use USPS Priority Mail International as the preferred shipping method for orders outside of United States. Please select USPS Priority Mail International as your shipping option during checkout. This is the safest and most economical way to get the package to you in 6~10 days.

International Shipping Rates:
Shipping rate will automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

There is no brokerage fees associated with USPS Priority Mail International. The only fee you are responsible is your government’s duty and tax. Keep in mind that other carriers may impose brokerage fees which you will be responsible for. *Please check with your government agency for the appropriate rates. The duty & tax is the responsibility of the recipient, we are not responsible for the fee in any circumstances.

We will contact you via email within 24 hours after your order was placed if we require additional information. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS AND VERIFY THE INFORMATION ON THE ORDER IS CORRECT. *We are not responsible for any address error after the order has been shipped. Recipient is responsible for any fee that will be associated with the address correction.

We will make shipping adjustment if the actual shipping charge is less than the published rate, and credit you the difference.
